Description of Service
Eventifia is an event management platform that provides guest management, RSVP tracking, multi-channel communication (SMS, WhatsApp, email), and team collaboration tools for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and religious celebrations.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eventifia for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payment Terms
Eventifia uses per-event pricing. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Additional communication credits can be purchased separately. All payments are processed securely.
Intellectual Property
Eventifia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eventifia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its content.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Eventifia, including guest lists, event details, and communications. You can export your data at any time. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Limitation of Liability
Eventifia is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion. Data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Eventifia after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
